Tube-Fit Vise Jaw Sleeves for Master Gun Vise (Pipe/Barrel Fit)
These are reversible vise jaw sleeves built specifically to secure round objects the right way—barrels, suppressors, and other tubing—without the “vise teeth tattoo” on your gear. Flip them to match the job: one side is a rubberized V-groove for delicate items that need a non-marring, heat-resistant grip; the other side is a metal V-groove for tough materials like pipe and steel tubing where you want maximum bite.
What it’s for / why it matters: Round parts love to spin when you’re trying to loosen a stubborn thread protector, mount a device, or hold a tube steady for work. These sleeves increase contact and grip so you can apply real torque safely, with less slip and less damage.
What’s included:
- Reversible tube-fit vise jaw sleeve set (pair)
- Dual-sided V-groove gripping surfaces:
- Rubberized V-groove (non-marring, heat-resistant) for barrels/suppressors and other delicate cylindrical items
- Metal V-groove for pipe/tubing and other robust materials where marring is not a concern
Key features & specs:
- Capacity: holds cylindrical objects up to 3.75" diameter
- Reversible design: quick flip between rubberized and metal V-groove sides
- Grip + control: increased holding power for torquing, maintenance, and modification tasks
- Color: Gray/Red
- Compatibility: designed specifically for the Master Gun Vise system
Fitment
- Designed specifically to slip onto the Master Gun Vise jaws.
- Ideal for barrels, suppressors, PVC, cast-iron pipe, steel tubing, and other cylindrical objects up to 3.75" diameter.
Does NOT fit
- Not intended for use on flat/irregular parts where a flat jaw face or dedicated block is more appropriate.
- Not guaranteed to fit standard bench vises or non–Master Gun Vise jaw profiles (these are purpose-built sleeves).
- Not intended to clamp beyond the stated diameter capacity.
Tools needed
- Master Gun Vise (or compatible jaw profile the sleeves can slip onto).
Install notes
- Slip the sleeves onto the vise jaws fully before clamping.
- Use the rubberized V-groove for barrels/suppressors and any finish you want to keep pretty.
- Use the metal V-groove for pipe/tubing and heavy-duty materials where maximum grip matters more than cosmetics.
- Clamp firmly and evenly—let the V-grooves do the work. If you’re fighting rotation, reposition the part deeper into the V.
