This is a purpose-built firearms torque and driver system for mounting optics, installing accessories, and doing detailed gunsmithing without stripping screw heads or over-torquing hardware. The adjustable torque driver lets you dial in precise inch-pound settings, while the long “no shadow” LED driver lights up dark, hard-to-see screws. The included 83-piece hollow-ground/square-cut bit set is designed to match gun screw slots correctly—more contact, less cam-out, less marring.
What it’s for / why it matters: Most scope rings are steel and most scope tubes are aluminum. Overtighten the wrong screw and you can crush a tube, deform threads, or create shifting mounts that ruin zero. Proper torque is cheap insurance for accuracy, reliability, and not turning a $1 screw into a $300 problem.

Install notes
