Real Avid — Glock 4-In-1 Armorer Tool
This is a compact, push-button multi-tool built specifically for Glock work. Four tools store in the frame and snap open/lock with button deployment, so you can do the common armorer tasks (pins, sights, small prying) without juggling loose tools.
Fitment
- Built for Glock pistols and marketed as compatible with all Glock models.
- 3mm armorer’s pin punch intended to cover Glock pin sizes for takedown/maintenance.
- Magnetic 3/16" hex nut driver for stock and aftermarket Glock front sights that use the common hex front-sight screw.
- .050" Allen wrench for rear sight adjustments on compatible adjustable rear sights.
- Flat blade screwdriver for prying tasks like slide lock spring and locking block work (where applicable).
Does NOT fit
- If your front sight doesn’t use a 3/16" hex screw, this won’t be the right driver for that specific sight hardware.
- If your rear sight is not an adjustable design that uses a .050" set screw, the .050" Allen portion won’t apply.
- This is not a full sight installation system for press-fit rears—if you’re installing a tight rear sight, you may still need a proper sight pusher (depending on the sight fit).
Tools needed
- None required for basic use—this is meant to be the grab-and-go Glock tool.
- Optional (recommended for tight rear sights): a Glock-compatible sight pusher if you’re doing press-fit rear sight installs.
Install notes
- Front sight: use the magnetic 3/16" driver to remove/install the front sight screw. Go steady—small screws strip when people rush.
- Pins: support the frame, then drive pins straight with controlled taps. Most “I marred my frame” stories come from poor support, not bad punches.
- Rear sight adjustment: the .050" Allen is for sights that actually use that set screw—verify your rear sight hardware before cranking on it.
- Flat blade use: use it for careful prying tasks, not as a crowbar—gentle pressure beats gouges and bent springs.
Want the “do it once, do it right” checklist for pins/sights/function checks? That’s exactly the kind of thing the Forge Files is for.
