Timney’s Ultimate Builder’s Kit for Glock Gen 3–4 is a matched trigger-system upgrade built around the Alpha Competition platform, but this version uses the internal pivoting safety trigger shoe. This black kit is designed for stock Glock Gen 3 and Gen 4 medium-frame, double-stack pistols and gives you a more complete fire-control package instead of a basic trigger swap with whatever parts happened to be floating around the bench.
Timney rates this kit at a 2.5 to 3 lb pull weight and builds it around coated matched components intended to improve pull feel, reduce friction, and keep the system geometry working together. This version is non-adjustable and uses Timney’s pivot-safety trigger setup.

What it does
This kit upgrades the Glock Gen 3–4 fire-control system with matched internals designed to improve pull feel, reduce friction, and keep the trigger geometry working as one package. Instead of only replacing the trigger shoe, the UBK adds the supporting pieces that help the whole setup run cleaner and more consistently.
Why it’s worth it
