The Mission First Tactical Ambidextrous AIWB / IWB / OWB Holster is a model-specific concealed carry holster built for flexible carry across appendix, inside-the-waistband, and outside-the-waistband setups. Each variant is molded for a specific handgun fitment, so the correct handgun model must be selected before purchase.
Available options are organized below under Variants. This holster line is built for right- or left-hand positioning, adjustable retention, and a secure audible click during re-holstering. It is a practical carry option for customers who want one holster body that can support more than one carry position without buying three separate rigs.

Does NOT fit
- Does not fit pistols outside the selected variant’s verified fitment.
- Does not fit weapon-light setups unless the selected product is specifically made for that light. These listed variants are non-light-bearing holsters.
- Do not assume MOS, optic, threaded barrel, compensator, or aftermarket frame compatibility unless your exact setup clears the holster body.
What it does
This holster supports appendix inside-the-waistband carry, traditional inside-the-waistband carry, and outside-the-waistband carry when configured properly. The ambidextrous layout allows right- or left-hand positioning, while adjustable retention helps tune the draw and re-holster feel.

Test fit the unloaded firearm only. Adjust retention before carry, verify the trigger guard is fully covered, and confirm the holster does not interfere with the firearm’s controls, optic, sights, aftermarket parts, or draw stroke.
Verify before you buy
Select the exact handgun fitment from the variant dropdown before ordering. Holsters are model-specific. A Glock 43 holster is not a Glock 42 holster, a P365XL holster is not always a P365 X-Macro holster, and “close enough” is how returns are born.
