The Mission First Tactical Hybrid Holster combines Kydex-style firearm retention with leather-backed comfort for everyday concealed carry. Each variant is molded for a specific handgun fitment and built for ambidextrous AIWB, IWB, or OWB-style carry depending on setup and hardware configuration.
Available options are organized below under Variants. This hybrid setup is for customers who want the secure fit and re-holstering confidence of a molded shell with the comfort and feel of leather against the body.

- Glock 19 / 23 / 44 / 45: Brown hybrid holster variant.
- Glock 43 / 43X: Brown hybrid holster variant.
- Springfield Hellcat: Brown hybrid holster variant.
- SIG Sauer P365 / P365X: Brown hybrid holster variant.
- SIG Sauer P365 X-Macro: Available in black or brown hybrid holster variants.
Does NOT fit
- Does not fit weapon-light setups unless the selected holster is specifically built for that light.
- Does not fit handguns outside the selected variant’s listed fitment.
- Do not assume threaded barrel, compensator, oversized optic, aftermarket frame, or manual-safety compatibility unless verified for your exact setup.
What it does
This holster gives the customer a molded retention shell fused with leather comfort for concealed carry. The adjustable retention and audible click help confirm the pistol is seated properly, while the ambidextrous hole pattern supports right- or left-hand setup.
Why it’s worth it
The hybrid build gives a good middle ground: more comfort than a hard shell alone, but more structure and retention than soft leather alone. That matters when a holster is worn all day, not just tested for five minutes in front of the mirror like a warrior in pajama pants.

Install notes
Test fit with an unloaded firearm only. Adjust retention before carry, verify trigger guard coverage, confirm belt attachment security, and use medium blue threadlocker on screws where appropriate.
Verify before you buy
Select the exact handgun fitment and color from the dropdown. Holsters are model-specific. A P365 holster is not automatically a P365 X-Macro holster, and a Glock 43/43X holster is not a Glock 19 holster. Fitment is the whole game here.
