Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

This Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy applies to eligible orders placed through IronKells Armory LLC and explains shipping timelines, delivery responsibility, return eligibility, refund timing, damaged shipments, missing items, and the return request process.
Some items are restricted, final sale, require age verification, require FFL transfer, or cannot be returned once shipped, opened, used, installed, transferred, or modified.
- U.S. shipping only.
- All returns require written approval and an RMA number.
- Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Firearms are not returnable after transfer.
- Ammunition is generally not returnable unless specifically approved in writing.
General Shipping Policy
IronKells Armory LLC ships only within the United States. We do not accept or ship international orders.
- Orders received by 11:00 AM Central Time Monday through Friday typically qualify for same-day processing when inventory, verification, and compliance checks are complete.
- Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next available business day when possible.
- Shipping times are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, compliance holds, FFL delays, address problems, restricted-item reviews, and payment verification may affect delivery timelines.
Carrier & Shipping Method Rules
- Firearms must ship only through legally approved methods and approved carriers.
- Ammunition ships by approved ground service only.
- Ammunition cannot ship through USPS.
- Firearms and ammunition may not be shipped together unless allowed by law and carrier rules.
- Certain products may require adult signature.
- Some products cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington D.C., U.S. territories, or restricted jurisdictions.
Tracking, Delivery & Package Liability
When an order ships, the customer will receive tracking information by email when available. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, IronKells Armory LLC is not responsible for theft, porch piracy, unsecured delivery locations, or failure by the customer to retrieve the package.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if approved by IronKells Armory LLC. Defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Failure to report issues within the required window may result in denial of the claim.
Items That May Be Returned
The following items may be eligible for return within the approved return window, provided they are new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled where applicable, in original packaging, and approved by IronKells Armory LLC:
- Standard firearm parts and accessories, excluding custom or personalized items.
- Jewelry, excluding personalized or engraved items.
- EDC items, excluding knives opened from sealed packaging.
- Safety gear, unopened and unused only.
- Non-customized apparel, due to defects or incorrect shipment only. Non-defective apparel is not generally returnable.
- Survival gear and bug-out bag accessories, unused and unopened in original packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Firearms after transfer
- Ammunition, unless specifically approved in writing
- NFA items
- Installed, used, modified, or altered firearm parts
- Custom, hydro-dipped, Cerakoted, engraved, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order products
- Opened or used safety gear
- Pepper spray, tasers, stun devices, and restricted self-defense products
- Used, carried, sharpened, altered, or damaged knives
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Worn or washed apparel
- Items missing packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, or hardware
- Items that cannot legally be shipped back
- Unauthorized returns
Firearm Return Warning
Do not ship firearms back to IronKells Armory LLC without written authorization. Firearms may be refused before transfer if damaged, incorrect, noncompliant, or otherwise approved for return. Once transferred to the buyer, firearms are not returnable. Unauthorized firearm returns may be refused, rejected, delayed, reported, or returned through legal channels. Firearms must never be shipped loaded. Firearms must be unloaded, safe, legally packaged, and shipped only through approved legal procedures and approved carriers.
Ammunition Return Warning
Do not ship ammunition back to IronKells Armory LLC without written authorization. Improperly packaged, loose, damaged, opened, unauthorized, exposed, contaminated, or illegally shipped ammunition returns will be refused.
How to Start a Return
- Fill out the Automatic Return Form at the top of the Shipping/Returns page OR follow the steps below.
- Click “Return Request Form” in the Resource Center.
- Clearly provide your order number, item details, and reason for return, then email the completed form or request to support@ironkellsarmory.com.
- Once approved, we will respond with your RMA Number & Form.
- Prepare your return.
- Ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all components, manuals, tags, and accessories included.
- Include the RMA number and a printed copy of your original order confirmation inside the return package.
- Ship your return using the approved instructions.
- Returns without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Unauthorized returns do not guarantee a refund. Restricted, illegal, unsafe, loaded, contaminated, used, modified, or improperly shipped items may be refused. The customer is responsible for ensuring the item can legally be shipped back.
Return Authorization / RMA Requirement
All returns require written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to sender.

Do not ship anything to this address unless your approved RMA instructions specifically confirm it. Only ship returns to the address provided in the approved RMA instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item shipped by IronKells Armory LLC, an approved defective-on-arrival claim, an approved shipping damage claim, or another issue approved by IronKells Armory LLC. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by IronKells Armory LLC.
Inspection Requirement
All returned items are inspected before any refund, store credit, exchange, warranty referral, or denial is issued. Returns may be denied if the item is used, installed, fired, altered, modified, damaged, scratched, missing parts, missing packaging, unsafe, illegal to receive, improperly shipped, not the item originally sold, outside the return window, or returned without authorization.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, fraud review, or order circumstances. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless IronKells Armory LLC approves otherwise or law requires otherwise.
Store Credit
IronKells Armory LLC may offer store credit instead of a refund where appropriate. Store credit may be used only for eligible products and may not be available for regulated or restricted items where prohibited by law or policy.
Restocking Fees
- Up to 10% for standard approved returns.
- Up to 25% for fitment-error returns, missing packaging, incomplete returns, customer-error returns, or items requiring additional inspection/handling.
- Compliance-related cancellation or restricted-destination orders may be subject to a processing/restocking fee.
- Denied background checks, failed FFL transfers, rejected transfers, or customer ineligibility may be subject to restocking, return shipping, transfer, and handling fees.
Shipping Damage
- Take photos of the shipping box.
- Take photos of the shipping label.
- Take photos of the packing materials.
- Take photos of the damaged item.
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
- Do not throw away the box, packaging, labels, or damaged item.
- Contact support within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Shipping damage claims may require carrier inspection. Throwing away packaging may limit or prevent a carrier claim.
Defective-on-Arrival Items
If an item appears defective on arrival, stop using it immediately. Do not install, modify, fire, carry, test, alter, or continue using the product if you believe it is defective or unsafe. Contact IronKells Armory LLC within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number, item name/SKU, issue description, photos/video if helpful, and packaging photos if shipping damage may be involved.
Manufacturer Warranty Issues
IronKells Armory LLC does not provide a direct warranty beyond what is stated in this policy or required by law. Many firearms, optics, electronics, lights, lasers, tools, and accessories are covered by manufacturer warranties. After inspection or review, IronKells Armory LLC may refer the customer to the manufacturer for warranty support.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or believe an item is missing, contact IronKells Armory LLC within 7 calendar days of delivery. Do not open, install, use, modify, or damage an incorrect item. Keep all packaging and provide photos of the package, packing materials, and items received.
Lost Packages
If tracking does not show delivery, contact IronKells Armory LLC and the carrier. If tracking shows delivered, the customer is responsible for checking the delivery location, household members, neighbors, property office, mailroom, and carrier delivery notes. IronKells Armory LLC is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not been packaged, labeled, processed for shipment, transferred to a fulfillment partner, custom-produced, or shipped. To request cancellation, email support@ironkellsarmory.com with your order number.
Custom, hydro-dipped, Cerakoted, engraved, personalized, special-order, or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production begins unless IronKells Armory LLC approves the cancellation in writing.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to sign, fails to pick up a package, provides an incorrect address, or causes the shipment to be returned, original shipping is non-refundable, return shipping may be deducted, carrier fees may be deducted, restocking fees may apply, and restricted or regulated items may require special handling.
