These Purchase, Shipping, and Return Policies outline the terms and conditions applicable to all orders placed through IronKells Armory LLC ("IronKells Armory," "we," or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to fully comply with these terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Order Processing and Verification
Orders with differing billing and shipping addresses may be subject to additional verification procedures to ensure customer security and compliance with regulations. Verification may include:
- Identity confirmation
- Age verification
- Address checks
- Compliance with firearm/ammunition regulations
- If verification is required, orders may be temporarily held until the verification process is completed successfully.
Customer Responsibilities
- By placing an order, customers explicitly confirm:
- They are of legal age to purchase firearms/ammunition and related products:
- 21 years or older for handgun firearms, handgun ammunition, and non-lethal defense products (pepper spray, tasers).
- 18 years or older for rifle or shotgun firearms and rifle/shotgun ammunition.
- They have never been convicted of any felony, misdemeanor involving domestic abuse, and are not chemically dependent.
- They are not legally prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition.
- They have never been involuntarily committed to any mental institution nor adjudicated mentally defective.
- They understand and fully comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to their jurisdiction regarding possession, transfer, and use of firearms, ammunition, and other regulated products.
Accepted Payment Methods
IronKells Armory LLC accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Secure Transactions
- Payment information provided is processed securely and encrypted. IronKells Armory LLC does not retain any payment data after transaction completion.
- Sales tax will be calculated and collected based on the customer's shipping address at the time of purchase, according to applicable state and local laws
General Shipping Policy
IronKells Armory ships exclusively within the United States. We do not accept or ship international orders under any circumstances.
Order Processing and Shipping Timeline
- Orders received by 11:00 AM CST Monday through Friday typically qualify for same-day shipping.
- Orders placed after this time or during weekends/holidays ship on the next available business day.
- We do not ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. Observed holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Other holidays recognized by major postal carriers (UPS/FedEx)
Shipping Carriers and Methods
- IronKells Armory LLC utilizes UPS and FedEx for shipping firearms, ammunition, and most products.
- Ammunition ships only via ground methods due to federal ORM-D (hazardous materials) regulations.
- Firearms and ammunition shipments always require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.
Order Tracking and Liability
- Upon shipment, customers receive tracking information via email.
- Once a shipment is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, IronKells Armory’s responsibility and liability for the package ends.
- IronKells Armory LLC is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location or select alternative delivery arrangements with the carrier.
Firearms & Ammunition Shipping Policies and Requirements
IronKells Armory LLC strictly adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the sale, shipment, and transfer of firearms and ammunition within the United States. Customers are fully responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws when ordering these regulated products.
- Shipment to Federal Firearm License (FFL) Holders Only
- Mandatory FFL Transfer: All firearms purchased from IronKells Armory LLC will only be shipped directly to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in compliance with ATF regulations. Customers cannot receive firearms shipments directly to their homes.
- FFL Verification: Customers must provide contact information for the receiving FFL during checkout. IronKells Armory LLC will independently verify the FFL’s license status prior to shipment.
- FFL Documentation: IronKells Armory LLC must have a valid, current, signed copy of the receiving FFL’s license on file before firearm shipment occurs. The firearm will not ship until all required documentation is verified.
Firearm Transfer Procedures and Customer Responsibilities
- Upon firearm arrival at the designated FFL: Customers must complete all federally mandated background checks (Form 4473, NICS checks) and any additional paperwork required by state or local authorities.
- Transfer fees assessed by the receiving FFL dealer are entirely the customer’s responsibility and not included in IronKells Armory’s pricing or shipping costs.
- Once the firearm is legally transferred to the customer, the sale is final, and no returns or exchanges can occur.
Restricted Items and National Firearms Act (NFA) Compliance
Items classified under the NFA, including but not limited to:
- Short-Barreled Rifles (SBR)
- Short-Barreled Shotguns (SBS)
- Suppressors (Silencers)
- Any Other Weapon (AOW) category firearms require additional documentation, extensive background checks, tax stamp processing, and ATF approval prior to shipment. These items will only ship to qualified FFL dealers holding an appropriate Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status. Customers purchasing NFA-regulated items must complete ATF Form 4 transfer procedures before the items are released by the receiving dealer.
State & Local Firearm Restrictions
IronKells Armory LLC strictly complies with all local firearm restrictions. Certain firearms, configurations, magazine capacities, and features are restricted or prohibited in specific states or municipalities.
Customers must verify compliance with their jurisdiction’s laws prior to placing their order. Orders placed in violation of local laws will be canceled and subject to a restocking fee.
Firearm Shipment & Delivery Requirements
- Firearms ship exclusively via authorized carriers (UPS or FedEx).
- An adult signature (21+) from an authorized FFL representative is required upon delivery.
- Orders exceeding $400 in value will also require additional identity verification upon delivery.
- Once shipped, firearm orders cannot be rerouted or redirected.
Ammunition Shipping Policy
IronKells Armory LLC strictly adheres to all federal and state ammunition laws.
Customers confirm by ordering ammunition:
- They have not been convicted of any felony or misdemeanor involving domestic violence and are not chemically dependent.
- They are not legally prohibited from possessing ammunition.
- They have never been involuntarily committed to a mental institution or adjudicated mentally defective.
- They are of legal age (21+ for handgun ammunition, 18+ for rifle or shotgun ammunition).
Restricted Jurisdictions for Ammunition Shipments
IronKells Armory LLC does NOT ship ammunition to the following locations due to strict regulations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- California (without a valid FFL)
- Connecticut (without valid permit)
- Illinois (without valid FOID card)
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey (without valid FOID or FID)
- New York City, New York State (without valid permit)
- Washington D.C.
- Any other city, county, or jurisdiction explicitly prohibiting ammunition shipments.
- Customers from states requiring permits or special identification (FOID, FID, ammunition certificates, handgun permits, etc.) must upload valid copies at checkout or via email before their order can ship.
Orders placed from restricted locations without proper documentation will be canceled and charged a 5% restocking fee.
Ammunition Shipping Methods
- Ammunition is shipped via ground shipping only (UPS or FedEx Ground).
- Ammunition cannot be shipped by air services.
- An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for orders over $400.
- Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Ammunition is classified as an ORM-D hazardous material.
- All ammunition shipments comply fully with federal labeling, packaging, and hazardous materials transport regulations.
Defective or Damaged Ammunition
- Customers must not use ammunition that appears defective, damaged, or unsafe upon arrival.
- Customers must immediately contact IronKells Armory Customer Support for assistance with defective ammunition. Do not attempt returns without prior authorization (RMA).
Expanded Product Categories – Shipping Policies
IronKells Armory LLC offers a wide variety of products beyond firearms and ammunition. Below are detailed shipping and regulatory policies related to each additional category. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility, legality, and compliance with local laws before ordering.
1. Bug-Out Bags and Survival Gear
Bug-out bags contain hiking and survival essentials, including but not limited to:
- Water purification devices
- Fire-starting equipment
- Sleeping bags and shelters
- Emergency food rations
- Multi-tools and knives
- First-aid supplies
- Navigation tools
Shipping Policies
- Survival gear ships via standard carriers (UPS or FedEx).
- Certain items (knives, multi-tools) may face state or local restrictions; customers must verify legality before ordering.
- Future inclusion of firearms in bug-out bags will strictly adhere to standard firearm shipping and FFL transfer policies described in Part 2.
2. Jewelry Products
Jewelry items include:
- Paracord survival bracelets and necklaces
- Stainless steel and silver jewelry items
Shipping Policies
- Jewelry is shipped securely packaged via standard shipping services.
- Items may be returned if unused and in original packaging within 30 days.
- Any custom-made jewelry items (engraved, personalized) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
3. Everyday Carry (EDC) Items
Everyday Carry items offered by IronKells Armory LLC include:
- Tactical pens and metal writing instruments
- Military-grade multi-tools
- Tactical wallets
- Knives (folding, fixed-blade, utility)
- Gun holsters and tactical belts
Shipping Policies
- EDC items ship via standard carriers (UPS/FedEx).
- Customers must verify local knife laws and restrictions prior to ordering.
- Holsters, belts, and other items requiring specific firearm compatibility must be verified by the customer; returns due to compatibility issues may incur restocking fees.
4. Custom Painted or Hydro-Dipped Products
IronKells Armory LLC offers customized products such as:
- Custom-painted or hydro-dipped firearm magazines
- Customized grips, holsters, slides, frames, and other firearm parts
- Other personalized firearm accessories
Shipping Policies
- Custom products are usually made-to-order. Production timelines will vary depending on customization complexity (usually 7–21 business days).
- Due to their customized nature, all sales of custom-painted or hydro-dipped products are final unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
- Customers must inspect custom products immediately upon arrival and contact customer service promptly for any quality issues.
5. Gun Parts, Optics, and Accessories
Products include:
- Frame and slide parts for handguns
- Upper and lower receiver parts for rifles (AR/AK platforms)
- Optics (scopes, red dots, magnifiers)
- Sights and mounting accessories
- Magazines and magazine accessories
Shipping Policies
- Customers are responsible for verifying part compatibility before ordering.
- Returns due to customer error or incorrect compatibility may be subject to restocking fees up to 25%.
- All gun parts ship securely packaged via UPS or FedEx; signature upon delivery may be required for higher-value orders.
6. Safety Gear
Safety gear includes:
- Eye protection (shooting glasses/goggles)
- Ear protection (ear plugs/muffs)
- Hand protection (gloves)
- Other shooting and range safety accessories
Shipping Policies
- Safety gear ships via standard ground methods.
- Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for returns.
- Safety gear showing any signs of use or opened packaging cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
7. Non-Lethal Self-Defense Products
IronKells Armory LLC offers non-lethal self-defense products including:
- Pepper spray
- Taser or stun-gun devices
- Self-defense alarms or deterrentS
Shipping Policies
- Non-lethal defense products ship via ground shipping only due to hazardous material restrictions.
- Certain states or jurisdictions prohibit or strictly regulate tasers and pepper spray; customers must verify legality before ordering.
- Customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase non-lethal self-defense items.
- No returns are accepted for pepper sprays or tasers unless defective upon arrival.
8. Apparel and Merchandise
IronKells Armory LLC branded merchandise includes:
- Hats, hoodies, shirts
- Patches, stickers
- Other branded merchandise and accessories
Shipping Policies
- Apparel and merchandise ship via standard ground shipping.
- Returns accepted only if the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Clearance items or final-sale merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
General Product Compliance and Customer Responsibility Notice
Customers acknowledge by placing orders:
- Responsibility for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the possession, use, and ownership of products ordered.
- Responsibility to verify product compatibility, legality, and regulatory requirements applicable to their jurisdiction.
- Orders placed in violation of applicable laws or restrictions will be canceled, and restocking fees up to 25% may apply.
- Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policies
- IronKells Armory LLC aims for complete customer satisfaction. Please carefully review this policy for clear information regarding cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranty claims.
Order Cancellation Policy
Conditions for Cancellation:
- Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been packaged, prepared, or shipped.
- Once orders are processed for shipping (packaged and labeled), cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must follow the standard return procedures outlined below.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel your order promptly, email us at support@ironkellsarmory.com.
- Clearly state your order number in the cancellation request.
- Once an order cancellation is processed, it cannot be reversed.
Custom-made, hydro-dipped, Cerakoted, or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Return & Refund Policy
Items Eligible for Return (Within 30 Days of Delivery):
- The following items are eligible for return, provided they are in new, unused, unaltered, and resalable condition in their original packaging:
- Standard firearm parts and accessories (excluding custom or personalized items)
- Jewelry (excluding personalized or engraved items)
- EDC items (excluding knives opened from sealed packaging)
- Safety gear (unopened and unused only)
- Non-customized apparel (due to defects or incorrect shipment only)
- Survival gear and bug-out bag accessories (unused, unopened original packaging)
Items NOT Eligible for Return (Sales are Final):
- All firearms, ammunition, and NFA items
- Customized items (hydro-dipped, Cerakoted, engraved, or personalized products)
- Knives removed from sealed packaging
- Pepper spray, tasers, and other self-defense products
- Apparel items worn or washed
- Clearance items or products specifically labeled as "Final Sale"
How to Process a Return:
- Fill out the Automatic Return Form at the top of the Shipping/Returns page OR follow the steps below
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA)
- Contact customer service via email (support@ironkellsarmory.com) or submit a "Return Request Form" available on our website.
- Clearly provide your order number, item details, and reason for return and email back to support@ironkellsarmory.com.
- Once approved, we will respond with your RMA Number & Form.
- Prepare Your Return
- Ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with all components, manuals, tags, and accessories included.
- Include the RMA number and a printed copy of your original order confirmation inside the return package.
- Ship Your Return
- Returns without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as IronKells Armory LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
Restocking Fees:
- A restocking fee of up to 10% will apply to returned items unless the reason for return falls under the following exceptions:
- Product was defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported immediately upon receipt).
- Incorrect product was shipped by IronKells Armory.
- Product description or representation was incorrect.
- Items returned that show signs of use, wear, or damage not previously reported may be refused entirely or incur the maximum restocking fee (25%).
- Orders canceled due to ammunition/firearm compliance issues or state restrictions incur a 10% restocking fee.
Refund Processing:
- All returned items undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival.
- Customers will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection of their refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Exchange Policy:
- Direct product exchanges are generally not permitted. Instead, customers should return the original item and place a new, separate order.
- If the exchange request is due to our error or defective merchandise, contact our customer support immediately to discuss available options.
Warranty & Defective Product Claims:
- IronKells Armory LLC provides no direct warranty on firearms or firearm-related products beyond what may be offered by the original manufacturers.
- Firearms defects or performance issues must be directed to and handled by the firearm’s manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.
- Defective products received (non-firearm items only) must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Customers should contact customer support immediately for instructions on how to proceed.
- Do not return defective items without first receiving authorization (RMA).
Liability Disclaimer (Regarding Returns & Exchanges):
IronKells Armory LLC assumes no responsibility for returned products lost or damaged during return shipping. Customers bear full responsibility for securely packaging items and using reliable shipping methods.
Customer Responsibilities (Returns and Warranty):
- Customers must thoroughly inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
- Any discrepancies, damages, incorrect items, or defects must be reported promptly (within 7 calendar days of delivery).
- Failure to promptly report such issues may waive eligibility for returns, exchanges, or warranty support.
