Timney’s Alpha Competition Trigger for the Smith & Wesson M&P is a straight-shoe drop-in style trigger upgrade built for a cleaner break, smoother pull, and a more refined feel than the factory setup. It is designed for M&P Gen 1 and M&P 2.0 pistols and is specifically not compatible with the M&P Shield.
This is a performance-focused trigger with a factory-rated 3 lb pull, an aluminum trigger shoe with an internal pivoting safety, and NP3-coated sear and safety plunger components to help reduce friction and clean up the press.
