Made by Zaffiri Precision, this Threadless Comp + Barrel kit gives your Sig P365 compensated performance without traditional barrel threads. It uses Zaffiri’s Ball-Vise locking system (one set screw + ball bearing) to clamp a matched comp to the included barrel—so you get flatter tracking, faster follow-ups, and a clean setup that doesn’t rely on timing a threaded comp.

- System note: the comp is compatible only with the provided ZP Threadless Comp Barrel (matched set)
Does NOT fit
- Not for P365XL / X-Macro unless specifically listed as those models
- Not intended to mix with non-Zaffiri “threadless” barrels or other comp systems

- Adds about 0.6" overall length to the slide for steadier tracking.
- Zaffiri reports a 33–35% decrease in muzzle flip in Ransom Rest testing across varied ammo.

Tools needed
- Hex/Allen key for set screw
- Blue Loctite
- In-lb torque wrench (recommended)
Install notes
- Unload and clear the firearm before installation.
- Apply a small amount of Blue Loctite to the set screw and torque to 33 in-lb.
- Allow threadlocker to cure for 24 hours before firing.
- Comps can change slide timing—some setups may require recoil spring tuning depending on ammo.
