Built by Zaffiri Precision, this P365XL Threadless Comp + Barrel kit gives you compensated performance without running a traditional threaded barrel. It uses Zaffiri’s Ball-Vise locking system with a single set screw, pairing a match-grade 416R stainless barrel to a rugged 17-4 stainless threadless comp—so you get flatter shooting and faster return-to-zero with a clean, compact setup.

Does NOT fit
- Not for other P365 variants unless specifically listed as compatible (standard P365, X-Macro, etc.)

- Redirects gas upward through a 120° port opening to reduce muzzle rise.
- Adds about 0.6" overall length to the slide for more leverage and flatter tracking.

Tools needed

Install notes
- Unload and clear the firearm before installation.
- Zaffiri install method uses a steel ball bearing + Blue Loctite and torques the set screw to 33 in-lb.
- Let threadlocker cure for 24 hours before firing.
- Comps can change slide timing—some setups may require recoil spring tuning depending on ammo.
