The CMC Triggers Mil-Spec Buffer Tube Kit is a complete 6-position AR-15 receiver extension kit built for compatible mil-spec carbine stock setups. It gives you the tube, buffer, spring, castle nut, and QD end plate needed to finish or refresh the rear end of a standard AR-15 lower.

This kit provides the receiver extension assembly needed to mount a compatible adjustable stock and run the AR-15 carbine buffer system. The buffer tube supports the stock, while the buffer and recoil spring handle cycling inside the receiver extension.

Install notes
Install the receiver extension correctly, capture the buffer retainer, align the end plate, and secure the castle nut. For hard-use rifles, proper staking is smart. A loose castle nut is not character development.
