IronKells Gun Swap Policy
These terms govern all exchange requests and transactions completed through the IronKells Armory website, using our Firearms Swap form. We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary, so please review them prior to initiating any exchange. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from proceeding with any exchange transactions on this site.
Representations and Acknowledgments
By participating in the IronKells Gun Swap program, you confirm the following:
• You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder), are at least 18 years old, legally own the items being exchanged, are not restricted from transferring the items to us, are not under indictment for any offense punishable by more than one year of imprisonment and reside in a state where you can legally possess these items.
• The items for exchange comply with federal, state, and local laws and have not been modified in a way that would make them non-compliant.
• The items are not regulated under the National Firearms Act (e.g., machine guns, short-barreled rifles or shotguns, suppressors).
• Serial numbers on the items are original, clearly legible, and have not been altered in any way.
• The items are in working order and visually match the description provided by you at the time of the exchange request.
• The items are unloaded, free of any live ammunition, and your address is within the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
• You have followed our shipping and packing instructions, using the provided return label and packaging.
Evaluation, Approval, or Return of Items
Our acceptance of items for exchange depends on the following:
• An initial assessment request by email & form.
• A five-day period to agree upon the terms after we send our offer.
• A physical review of the items once they are received at our facility, with no shipping costs to you using our provided kit.
• Copy of a Valid identification, such as a driver’s license or state-issued ID.
IronKells Armory LLC retains the right to approve or reject any items for exchange at our discretion.
If we accept the items:
• We will apply the value of the trade toward a new Firearm or your "in store credit" for "Certain Accesories", (please see accepted accessories list).
• If the trade value does not cover the full price of the new firearm or accesories, you will need to pay the remaining amount. Once the payment is completed, your order will be processed and shipped according to our shipping policies.
• Any trade value exceeding the new firearm’s price, or agreed-upon cash values, will be credited to your account with us as "in store credit".
• Ownership and responsibility for the items transfer to us upon our acceptance.
If we do not accept the items:
We will notify you by email if items are not accepted, providing reasons for the decision.
Once item is received and Should the items not pass inspection due to discrepancies in description, images, or condition:
• A $40 return processing and shipping fee will apply to you.
• If this fee remains unpaid after 90 days, ownership of the items will transfer to us. (ownership remains yours unless this fee is not paid)
• The exchange transaction will be voided, and items will be returned in accordance with our shipping policies.
Once item is received and Should the items not pass our physical inspection (without any wrong doiong on your part):
• No additional return fees will be charged to you in order for us to retun your trade in back to you.
We reserve the right to return items to you at any time before the new firearm order is finalized. Once the firearm order is complete, ownership of the exchanged items is transferred to us.
Shipping Terms for Firearms Exchange
• All items involved in the Firearms Exchange program follow our standard shipping policies.
• We only ship new firearms to licensed FFL holders within the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
• Any necessary paperwork or fees for processing with the receiving FFL dealer are the responsibility of the customer.
