These terms govern all exchange requests and transactions completed through the IronKells Armory website using our Firearms Swap form. We reserve the right to update these terms as necessary, so please review them prior to initiating any exchange. If you do not agree with the terms, please refrain from proceeding with an exchange transaction on this site.
By participating in the IronKells Gun Swap program, you confirm the following:
Our acceptance of items for exchange depends on the following:
- We will apply the value of the trade toward a new firearm or your in-store credit for certain accessories. View Accepted Accessories List →
- If the trade value does not cover the full price of the new firearm or accessories, you will need to pay the remaining amount. Once payment is completed, your order will be processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policies .
- Any trade value exceeding the new firearm's price, or agreed-upon cash values, will be credited to your account with us as in-store credit.
- Ownership and responsibility for the items transfer to us upon our acceptance.
We will notify you by email if the items are not accepted and provide the reasons for the decision.
Once an item is received, should it fail inspection because of discrepancies in the description, images, or condition:
- A $40 return processing and shipping fee will apply to you.
- If this fee remains unpaid after 90 days, ownership of the items will transfer to us. Ownership remains yours unless this fee is not paid.
- The exchange transaction will be voided, and the items will be returned in accordance with our shipping policies.
No additional return fees will be charged to you for us to return your trade-in back to you.
We reserve the right to return items to you at any time before the new firearm order is finalized. Once the firearm order is complete, ownership of the exchanged items is transferred to us.
