The High Speed Gear ReFlex IFAK System is a two-piece medical pouch system with a med roll and carrier designed for organized medical supply carry and rapid access. It is built for ambidextrous deployment and can mount to MOLLE or belts from 1.5 inches to 2.5 inches wide.

What it does
This system carries organized medical supplies in a removable med roll inside a carrier. The design allows the roll to be deployed quickly from either side, helping keep medical gear accessible when seconds matter.
