Tyrant CNC built the IntelliFire Trigger for the SIG Sauer P365 to add something the factory setup does not give you: an integrated trigger safety system paired with shorter pre-travel and a cleaner, more consistent break geometry. This is a drop-in replacement trigger for standard P365 variants that uses a steel trigger body, aluminum safety blades, and a hybrid flat-face profile with a subtle bottom curve. Available options are organized below under Variants.
Fitment
Fits standard SIG Sauer P365 variants. Works with aftermarket grip modules.
Does NOT fit
Not compatible with California-compliant P365 models with the manual magazine disconnect feature installed. Not compatible with AXG Legion 365 pistols made after March 2025.
What it does
This trigger adds Tyrant CNC’s dual safety blade design to the P365 platform while also reducing pre-travel by about 30 percent and delivering a consistent 90-degree break. It is meant to improve trigger control, safety confidence, and overall feel without bypassing the pistol’s internal safety system.
