Welcome to IronKells Armory LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms also include purchase compliance rules for orders placed through IronKells Armory LLC. IronKells Armory LLC sells regulated and restriction-sensitive products, including firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, magazines, optics, holsters, tactical gear, survival gear, knives, tools, custom gear, apparel, educational products, and related accessories. This is not general merchandise. Some items are restricted, final sale, require age verification, require FFL transfer, or cannot be returned once shipped, opened, used, installed, transferred, or modified.
Any language involving firearms, ammunition, magazine restrictions, knives, NFA items, customer eligibility, denied transfers, abandoned firearms, restricted-state rules, and restocking fees should be reviewed by a qualified firearms/ecommerce attorney.

3. Firearms and Ammunition Purchases
3.1 Firearm and Ammunition Eligibility
By purchasing firearms or ammunition from us, you represent that you are legally eligible to purchase these items in your jurisdiction and meet all required conditions, including age restrictions and legal prohibitions related to criminal history, mental health, or other factors.
3.2 Background Checks and Compliance
You acknowledge that we must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including conducting background checks as required.
3.3 FFL Transfers
All firearms will be shipped only to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You agree to select a licensed FFL dealer for your firearm transfer and assume all responsibility for complying with applicable FFL requirements.
All firearm sales and shipments must comply with federal, state, and local law. Firearms may only be shipped where legal and, when required, only to a valid Federal Firearms License holder.
- The customer must select or provide a receiving FFL.
- IronKells Armory LLC must receive and verify a current, valid copy of the receiving FFL license before shipment.
- The firearm will not ship until FFL documentation is verified.
- The customer is responsible for all receiving FFL transfer fees.
- The customer must complete all paperwork, ATF Form 4473, NICS/background check, and any state/local requirements through the receiving FFL.
- Once a firearm is transferred to the customer by the receiving FFL, the sale is final.
3.4 Denied Transfers, Failed Background Checks & Customer Ineligibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to purchase, receive, possess, and own the firearm before placing an order.
If a firearm transfer is denied, delayed, rejected, abandoned, or cannot be completed because of customer ineligibility, incorrect customer information, failure to pass a background check, refusal by the receiving FFL, or violation of law, the customer may be responsible for receiving FFL fees, return shipping, transfer fees, carrier fees, restocking fees, and original shipping charges.
3.5 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to purchase firearms or ammunition on behalf of anyone who is legally prohibited from possessing these items. Straw purchases (purchasing firearms for someone else who is not legally eligible) are strictly prohibited and may result in prosecution.
4. NFA Items
Items regulated under the National Firearms Act may include suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, Any Other Weapon items, and other NFA-regulated products. NFA items may require qualified FFL/SOT transfer, ATF approval, tax stamp processing, additional background checks, additional documentation, and longer processing timelines. NFA items are final sale unless IronKells Armory LLC approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Ammunition Policy
Ammunition sales are final unless IronKells Armory LLC approves an exception or applicable law requires otherwise. Ammunition cannot be returned once shipped, opened, handled, exposed, damaged, transferred, or removed from original packaging unless written approval is provided.
- Ammunition ships by approved ground shipping only.
- Ammunition cannot ship by air service, internationally, through USPS, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
- Ammunition may require adult signature.
- Ammunition shipping restrictions may change without notice. The customer is responsible for compliance with current federal, state, and local laws.
5.1 Ammunition Restricted Jurisdictions
IronKells Armory LLC may restrict, cancel, or require documentation for ammunition orders shipping to locations including but not limited to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., and any city, county, state, or jurisdiction prohibiting or restricting ammunition shipment.
Where permits, FFL transfer, FOID/FID cards, ammunition certificates, licenses, or identification are required, customers must provide valid documentation before shipment.
6. Magazines & Capacity-Restricted Items
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all magazine-capacity laws in their state, county, city, and local jurisdiction. Restricted-capacity magazines cannot be shipped to prohibited locations. Orders may be canceled if the magazine, firearm configuration, accessory, or restricted item cannot legally ship to the customer’s location.
7. Firearm Parts, Accessories & Fitment-Sensitive Products
Customers must verify fitment before purchase. Fitment-sensitive products may include barrels, slides, triggers, springs, guide rods, connectors, optics mounts, sights, lights, lasers, holsters, magazines, magazine extensions, chassis systems, stocks, braces, and model-specific parts.
Improper installation, wrong fitment, or customer installation error is not a product defect. Function-critical firearm parts should be installed by a qualified gunsmith or armorer where appropriate.
The following items are generally not returnable: installed parts, used parts, fired parts, fitted parts, modified parts, altered parts, scratched parts, torqued parts, filed parts, polished parts, Cerakoted parts, painted parts, stippled parts, hydro-dipped parts, engraved parts, damaged parts, or parts missing packaging, instructions, hardware, or accessories.
7.1 Optics, Sights, Lights, Lasers & Electronics
Optics, sights, weapon lights, lasers, batteries, electronics, mounts, and related accessories must be returned new, unused, unmounted, unaltered, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that have been mounted, torqued, zeroed, scratched, altered, installed, used, or damaged are generally not returnable.
7.2 Holsters & Fitment-Sensitive Accessories
Holsters are fitment-sensitive products. Customers must verify firearm model, generation, barrel length, light/laser compatibility, optic cut compatibility, threaded barrel/compensator clearance, suppressor-height sight clearance, draw hand, carry style, and belt attachment type before ordering. Used, worn, modified, heat-shaped, cut, drilled, altered, damaged, or carried holsters are not returnable.
8. Knives, Blades, Tools & Restricted Gear
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with federal, state, county, city, and local laws before buying knives, blades, self-defense tools, multi-tools, or restricted gear. Certain knives, blades, tools, stun devices, pepper spray, batons, or self-defense items may not ship to certain states, cities, addresses, or jurisdictions.
Unauthorized returns of knives, blades, self-defense items, or restricted gear may be refused.
9. Custom, Special-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Custom work, special orders, and made-to-order items are final sale unless IronKells Armory LLC made a clear fulfillment error or approves an exception.
- Hydro-dipped items
- Cerakoted items
- Painted items
- Engraved or personalized products
- Modified products
- Custom magazines, grips, holsters, slides, frames, or accessories
- Special-order products
- Made-to-order products
Custom colors, patterns, finishes, and coatings may have reasonable variation. Customer-approved custom work cannot be canceled once production begins unless approved in writing.
10. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
10.1 Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be restricted in specific locations. You are responsible for ensuring that any products you purchase comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding shipping and possession.
10.2 Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of firearms and ammunition, all firearms and ammo sales are final. Returns are accepted only for defective merchandise or shipping errors and must comply with our Return Policy.
For full return instructions, refund timing, damaged package instructions, missing item claims, and RMA requirements, please review the Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.
11. Illegal or Restricted Destination Orders
Orders shipping to restricted destinations may be canceled. Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is legal at the shipping destination before ordering. If an order is canceled due to customer error, restricted destination, missing documentation, failed compliance review, or legal restriction, fees may apply.
