The Strike Industries MOD2 is a more refined, more supportive evolution of the MOD1 platform for shooters who want better shoulder contact, a wider cheek rest, and tighter fit on the buffer tube. Strike Industries built the MOD2 around a modular crane-style profile with anti-rattle updates, built-in QD sockets, and an overmolded rubber buttpad for better stability.

Fitment

What it does
The MOD2 gives the shooter a collapsible stock with improved comfort and fit over a bare-bones minimalist stock. It adds a wider cheek rest, a more forgiving buttpad, and an enlarged adjustment lever while keeping the package compact and lightweight.
Why it’s worth it
This is the better pick for customers who want more support than the MOD1 without stepping into expensive PDW hardware. It feels more planted, fits tighter, and gives a more comfortable shoulder weld for normal rifles that actually get shot instead of just photographed badly on a workbench.

Install notes
The MOD2 is designed around mil-spec AR style buffer tubes. Strike Industries specifically calls out its anti-rattle fitment and also points shooters toward their own Advanced Receiver Extension for the tightest fit. Verify the receiver extension spec before you ship it.
Verify before you buy
Do not sell this like it fits every AR stock tube under the sun. Verify mil-spec tube sizing first. If the customer wants a proprietary compact PDW stock assembly with included buffer hardware, this is not the product—they need the PDW setup instead.
