AR-15 – Collapsible Stock – QD Sling Mounts – MOD1 Black
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK DETAILS AND FITMENT BEFORE PURCHASE.
The Strike Industries MOD1 is a lightweight collapsible AR stock built for shooters who want a slimmer, cleaner rear-end setup without going full skeleton-and-regret. Strike Industries designed this as a slide-on replacement stock with integrated QD sling mounting points, improved cheek weld, and compatibility with mil-spec carbine receiver extensions.
This is the black MOD1 version. It is meant for mil-spec sized AR-15 / M16 style carbine buffer tubes, not random commercial-spec mystery meat tubes. Buttpad use is optional, but the buttpad itself is sold separately.
Fitment
- Fits AR-15 / M16 carbine-style platforms using mil-spec receiver extensions / buffer tubes
- Collapsible stock format
- Compatible with mil-spec sized buffer tubes only
Does NOT fit
- Commercial-spec buffer tubes
- Rifles requiring a proprietary stock attachment system
What it does
The MOD1 gives the rifle a lighter, more compact stock setup with built-in QD points and a more refined cheek weld than bargain-bin mil-spec furniture. It keeps things simple and trim while still giving the shooter useful sling mounting and adjustable length of pull.
Why it’s worth it
If your customer wants a compact, modern AR stock without jumping into full proprietary PDW territory, this is the sane middle ground. Lighter than chunkier stocks, cleaner than old GI furniture, and easier to sell to normal humans who just want a better stock.

Install notes
This is a slide-on replacement stock for mil-spec carbine receiver extensions. No special tools are normally needed beyond the usual care and common sense. Verify the tube spec before you ship one to somebody who thinks “AR stock” means “all AR things fit all AR things.”
Verify before you buy
Verify the rifle uses a mil-spec carbine buffer tube before purchase. If the customer wants storage compartments, a wider rubberized shoulder pad, or PDW-style compact deployment hardware, this is not that stock.
