EOTECH EFLX CE – Closed Emitter Reflex Sight – 3 MOA Dot/42 MOA Ring – Black
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK DETAILS AND FITMENT BEFORE PURCHASE.
The EOTECH EFLX CE is a fully enclosed reflex sight built for professional-grade pistol, rifle, and shotgun optic setups that need more emitter protection than an open reflex dot. This black model uses a switchable red reticle system with a 3 MOA dot, 42 MOA circle, or combined circle-dot configuration.
The big deal here is the mounting flexibility: the EFLX CE base adapts to either Leupold DeltaPoint Pro or Shield RMSc mounting interfaces. That gives it broader plate compatibility than a normal one-footprint optic, but you still need to verify your exact slide, plate, or mount before buying.
Fitment
- Mounting interface: Leupold DeltaPoint Pro / DPP or Shield RMSc footprint.
- Works only with compatible optic-ready slides, plates, or mounts using one of those footprint standards.
- Can be used on compatible pistol, rifle, or shotgun optic mounts when the mount supports the listed footprint.
- Night vision compatible.
Does NOT fit
- Does not directly fit Trijicon RMR footprint cuts unless the correct adapter plate is used.
- Does not directly fit Holosun K-footprint cuts unless the correct compatible mounting solution is used.
- Does not fit proprietary optic cuts unless your plate system supports DPP or RMSc.
- Do not assume it fits your slide just because it is a “micro red dot.” Optic footprints are where confidence goes to die.
What it does
The enclosed emitter design protects the LED system from debris, moisture, and impact better than an open-emitter reflex sight. That matters on carry guns, duty guns, field guns, and hard-use range setups where dust, lint, mud, rain, or carbon can block an open emitter.
Why it’s worth it
The EFLX CE gives you EOTECH’s closed-emitter pistol optic design with a switchable reticle, shake-awake activation, side-load battery, top-mounted controls, and integrated rear backup sight. It is not the cheap red dot lane. It is the “buy once, stop yelling at your gear” lane.

Tools needed
Use the correct optic plate or mount for your firearm, proper driver bit, and a torque tool. Follow the firearm, plate, and optic manufacturer’s torque guidance instead of sending it by feel like a caveman with Wi-Fi.
Install notes
Confirm the footprint before installation. Mount the optic with the correct screws, verify thread engagement, torque properly, and re-zero after installation. After live fire, re-check screw tension and confirm the dot remains stable.
Verify before you buy
Verify your optic-ready slide, adapter plate, or mount supports Leupold DeltaPoint Pro or Shield RMSc footprint compatibility. Also verify your intended use needs the closed-emitter design and switchable reticle system. This is a fitment-sensitive optic, and the wrong footprint turns a premium optic into an expensive desk ornament.
